GENERAL RULES:

• A participant can participate in only one sport out of the total 12 sports and only in one age category. However one can participate in both singles and doubles.
  Example: Participating in both BOYS U12 TT-Singles and BOYS U12 TT - Doubles is allowed.
• In Athletics, a participant may participate in all its sub-events in one age category.
• In chess, all categories will be mixed(Male and female competing against each other)
• Participants should carry a passport size photo along with their photo-id and age proof during the event.
• Doubles will be conducted only for Badminton, Tennis and Table Tennis.
• For team game, one participant can register on behalf of the whole team. Do mention the team name.
• On submission of a physical registration form, make sure you receive a payment receipt which has to be carried on the event day.
• In case of minors, their parents/guardian should sign accepting the terms and conditions mentioned in the registration form.
• All the participants are requested to be present at their respective venue 45 minutes before their scheduled time else the opponent/team will be given a walkover.
• Follow the instructions given by the sports co-coordinators and in case of any help/queries during the event, please report to the concern authority or chief co-coordinator present at the venue.
• No argument with the officials, referees, opposing players, coaches, minors or fans is allowed, if any such case found, it may lead to disqualification of the participant.
• There is no restriction on the number of Participants/ Teams a School/Corporate/Gymkhana can register.
• Last date of registration would be 21st December 2013 or the maximum limit of participation, whichever is the earliest.
• Once the registration is done by a participant/team, the registration fee would not be refunded under any circumstances in case of participant/team withdrawing from the participation.
• Organizing committee reserves the right to cancel the registration if false or incomplete information is given by the participant. The fee however will not be refunded in this case.
• None of the parties related to the event -SportzConsult, the sponsors, brand ambassadors or officials can be held responsible for any injury or death of a participant during the course of the event.
• Organizing committee of Mumbai Games reserves the right to change any rules, dates and venues pertaining to the event at any point of time without any prior intimation.
